About the project
I am a general practice nurse. I have been working in clinical practice for over 20 years. During this time, I’ve witnessed many life stories. My perspective on health changed drastically when I worked in an adult emergency department and later began working with oncology patients—a field I continue to work in to this day.
I realized that health is incredibly important. Although my medical training taught me how to diagnose and treat diseases, as well as evidence-based prevention methods and what a truly healthy lifestyle looks like… theory is very different from practice. Health is our greatest asset and should be one of our top priorities and values in life. Nothing can replace well-being—not money, not material possessions, not social status.
There’s another crucial point I want to discuss: Illness doesn’t choose a convenient time, financial stability, or favorable circumstances. It always comes unexpectedly, leaving the body struggling to recover. That’s why, for several years now, I’ve been actively studying alternative medicine, particularly Eastern medicine, which resonates deeply with me.
I’ve learned that maintaining good health is actually very simple and doesn’t require much effort. However, recovering from illness—or dealing with its aftermath—is incredibly difficult, especially when the body’s systems are weakened by the side effects of long-term medication. After years of research, attending various trainings and seminars, I discovered that the foundation of our health lies in the CELL—both small and large. It is the essence of everything, governing our overall well-being, immune system, and all bodily processes.
Here, you’ll find information and resources about "food" for your cells and how it impacts your body’s overall condition.
I invite you to email me ([email protected]) to discuss any health concerns you may have.
